Who is MOE, and does Moving Office Equipment specialize in copier lease returns?
Yes. Moving Office Equipment (MOE) specializes in nationwide copier transportation, with a major focus on returning leased copiers to leasing companies. We are a family-owned company, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. We handle each return from pickup through delivery, so off-lease copiers get back safely and on time.
What services does Moving Office Equipment offer?
Five copier services: lease returns, office-to-office transport, hard drive overwrite, storage and disposal. We ship nationwide, with one point of contact from pickup to delivery.
Which copier brands do you ship?
Every major copier brand, including Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp and Kyocera. Send us the make and model when you ask for a quote.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
Once the order has been booked, your representative can provide you with a tracking number. You can then enter that tracking number using the Tracking link in the menu.
How soon after I book my shipment will it be picked up and delivered?
After the booking process has been completed the shipment is put on schedule. Normal shipping time is 7 to 10 business days. Twenty four hours after the shipment has been booked it will be updated in our tracking system and a date spread will be provided.
Do I need to package or palletize my own equipment?
No. MOE is a blanket wrapped carrier. Once the machine is loaded onto the truck the driver will pad, strap and blanket wrap the copier to the truck. Just make the equipment available to the driver. If equipment is already palletized ensure you tell your assigned Customer service rep for MOE to handle accordingly.

How do I get a quote?

What about the data on my copier hard drive?
Copiers store images of everything they scan and print on an internal drive. Before a machine is returned, placed in storage, or disposed of, we can overwrite that data and issue a certificate of completion.
